Hi, I'm BARRY SCHUTTE.
I'm a Licensed I AM Coach, and I help people get more clarity, confidence and direction so they can make real changes in their lives.
WHY I COACH.
I believe most people already have more potential within them than they realise.
Sometimes we just need space to step away from the noise, see what's really going on and get back to what matters.
That's what coaching gave me, and it's what I want to help others find.

I believe there should be room for you in the life you work so hard to build.
My Story. My Purpose. My Why. I've always been fascinated by what makes people change, grow, and ultimately become the best version of themselves. My journey into coaching began with a passion for understanding human behaviour and why so many people remain stuck, despite knowing they're capable of more. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of helping more than 35,000 people across 40+ countries transform their lives. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: Lasting transformation isn't about changing what you do. It's about changing who you believe you are. Today, through Identity Coaching and the I AM Programs, my mission is simple: to help people break free from limiting beliefs, rediscover who they truly are, and create a life that reflects who they're capable of becoming.

My job is to give you space to think differently, understand yourself better and make decisions that are right for you.
