My Purpose. My Why. I've always been fascinated by what makes people change, grow, and ultimately become the best version of themselves. My journey into coaching began with a passion for understanding human behaviour and why so many people remain stuck, despite knowing they're capable of more. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of helping more than 35,000 people across 40+ countries transform their lives. Along the way, I discovered something powerful: Lasting transformation isn't about changing what you do. It's about changing who you believe you are. Today, through Identity Coaching and the I AM Programs, my mission is simple: to help people break free from limiting beliefs, rediscover who they truly are, and create a life that reflects who they're capable of becoming.Travel adventuresHonesty, even when its hardWith a coffee in nature[NUMBER]https://links.snapisocials.com/widget/booking/mxu7wj2zwxnJ4JkvOgvchttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/105318fc-1438-4224-8c1e-826160eee3bf.pnghttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/be6afa4e-7aa1-4032-8205-d3ed52b328b2.pnghttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/ab3ebca4-2d6a-49d9-8774-32aa723c16c0.jpghttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/3e9e1d76-0fb1-45dc-82b1-d6a2926e6da9.pnghttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/9be7cff4-4536-4e90-959a-a46e5ce58986.pnghttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/3G8L5fnYjJgbsPflQmRf/media/33d1637c-064a-417d-9f4c-b4c929e7d1e5.jpgWoman at a window at sunrise with a journal and a cup of teahttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/dc7f61cc-fd76-4dce-9e1c-365e7797cfcb.jfifAn open notebook, pen and cup of tea on a sunlit tablehttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/c6b66158-8b4f-4475-91de-cab480e53ae7.jfifA door left open onto morning light, with a notebook and a cup of tea waiting just insidehttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/aae00a40-0305-44a2-b974-1632fd05968b.jfifA garden path winding towards a golden sunrise through morning misthttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/bf36e66c-4d20-4dab-8444-0dd9152633c6.jfifTwo armchairs angled towards each other by a sunlit window, with tea and an open notebook between themhttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/1f77a397-c8ec-4679-a2f2-8e1d1608ad98.jfifA quiet window seat with linen cushions, books and a cup of tea in soft morning lighthttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/d2151340-f673-4e9f-8528-029395835452.jfifAn open planner with a brass pen, index cards and a cup of tea on a sunlit oak deskhttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/d29b31b1-c69b-4b1e-96d2-e92e834554db.jfifSix cloth-bound journals in muted colours standing in a row on a sunlit linen tablehttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/bf36e66c-4d20-4dab-8444-0dd9152633c6.jfifTwo armchairs angled towards each other by a sunlit window, with tea and an open notebook between themhttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/b4a25438-4a77-4e12-b6f1-ab9208a210fb.jfifhttps://storage.googleapis.com/msgsndr/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/aae00a40-0305-44a2-b974-1632fd05968b.jfifhttps://assets.cdn.filesafe.space/oqhbeLIJT3m5buKRAYoE/media/3e9e1d76-0fb1-45dc-82b1-d6a2926e6da9.pnghttps://www.facebook.com/barryschutte.coachinitialinitialMembership starts at $47/m45 Minutes$47$79$997monthmonthyearIf the first session is not useful you don't pay$47[COUNTRY / JURISDICTION][DATE]The I AM programs gave me structure without rigidity.
